🌬️ Supportive Breath Practices:

1. Heart-Centered Breath:

Place both hands on your heart. 

Inhale through the nose slowly, exhale with a soft “ahh.” 

Invite joy or gratitude on the exhale.


2. 3-Part Breath Flow:

Inhale into the belly → ribs → chest. 

Exhale in reverse. 

This full-body breath promotes harmony.


3. Daily Breath Ritual (2–5 min):

Create a sacred pause daily — 

light a candle, sit by a window, or walk barefoot while connecting with your breath.
