1. Services Offered

Holistic Pathways provides energy healing services, including but not limited to chakra scans, aura readings, and spiritual guidance sessions. These services are intended to support personal growth and well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Booking and Payment

• Appointments: Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through QuickBooks and other approved platforms. 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. 
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has been conducted. 

5. Confidentiality

All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being. Our services are complementary and should not replace medical or psychological treatment. Clients should consult with their healthcare providers for any medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Holistic Pathways and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Holistic Pathways is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
